Is Your Pricing in New Zealand Dollars & Include GST & Freight?
All pricing at www.scorpionsupplements.co.nz is in New Zealand Currency (NZD) and includes GST. Freight is FREE anywhere within New Zealand.

Can I Order By Phone?
Sure, we welcome your call!  Our NZ toll free number is 0800 777 877, one of our awesome customer service team (based in New Zealand) will be happy to take your order or offer advice to assist you to choose the right supplement.  You can also call 0800 777 877 if you have a query about your order, including delivery or if we can help in any other way let us know!

Our customer service team are available Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm. Feel free to leave us a message outside these hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?
Absolutely nothing!  All orders qualify for free courier delivery nationwide. This includes rural addresses & workplaces.
Please note tracking parcels for rural addresses can only be done as far as to your local rural contractor & a delivery signature may not be required by them, delivery is therefore at the customers own risk.
Sorry we do not deliver to PO Boxes or to any address outside of New Zealand.

How Do I know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Simple, we will send you a confirmation email the day your order has departed our store, in most cases this will be the same day you place your order if we receive it by 2pm (weekdays). The email will include tracking information so you can monitor your order’s delivery progress.
We use PBT couriers.  Use your tracking ID here:  www.pbt.co.nz

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Our dispatch facility is located in Christchurch, target delivery times are:
North Island: 2 days. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday only.
South Island: 1 – 2 days. Deliveries are made Monday – Friday only.
Cut off for same day dispatch is 2pm.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be processed on Monday.
Rural (RD) addresses:  Please allow an extra 1-2 days for delivery
Note: Our courier delivers to your local rural contractor, who signs for your parcel on your behalf.

Are There Any Extra or Hidden Charges Applied To My Order During Checkout?
Definitely NOT.  You only pay the advertised price of each product, only the sum of products ordered will be charged.
Your shopping cart will clearly show the total of your order.

What Credit Cards Due You Accept?
We accept VISA & MasterCard credit cards and pre-loaded debit cards.

If I’m Paying By Credit Card How Do I Know My Details Are Secure?
At Scorpion Supplements credit card payments are processed through DPS (payment express) which is a secure payment system. We do not store electronic or hard copies of customer credit card details.

I Don’t Have A Credit Card, Can I Pay By Internet Banking Or Bank Deposit?
Yes you can, when placing your order click the payment method Internet Banking/Bank Deposit”.
Select this option then proceed to place your order as normal, you will then be taken to a page that has our bank account details. When processing your payment to us please use your surname as a reference so we can identify it.
When your payment is received by us (usually overnight) your order will be dispatched that day and you will receive a confirmation of dispatch email.

Do You Keep My Contact Details In Your System?
Yes, we keep your contact details and email address. We promise to NEVER disclose or sell this information to a third party, the purpose of this information is only to let you know about Scorpion Supplements awesome deals and special promotions. You can request to have your details removed from our system at any time, simply email us:  info@scorpion.co.nz or use the “Contact Us’ form on this site.

How Do I Know The Product I Want Is In Stock?
At Scorpion Supplements we are constantly monitoring stock levels. Every product, size & flavour listed is in stock unless otherwise stated. In the rare event an item sells out before we can update the site we will contact you to let you know when we expect to have it available or if you wish we can refund the price paid.

Do You Sell Products With Expired Use By Dates?
Definitely not, we guarantee all stock sent out has good shelf life remaining. Only exception is if we have expired stock on clearance special, these products will be clearly stated/identified as being expired, or soon to expire stock.

How Do I Return A Faulty Product?
If you believe there is a fault or quality issue with a product, please email us:  info@scorpion.co.nz or call 0800 777 877 for instructions on returning it, once we have received your returned product & verified your claim we will contact you to arrange a replacement product or refund you the purchase price.
If your order has been delivered damaged please contact us immediately.

We are open to the public: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm, Saturdays 10am to 3pm
We have trained, knowledgeable staff onsite who love all sports. We will help you choose the right supplement for your goals.
Our shop is modern, bright and a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Can I Try Products Before I Buy At The Christchurch Factory Shop?
Sure, we have heaps of samples of Scorpion & MetaPhysics protein powders, mass gainers & pre workouts.
We can mix a sample in store for you to try, great peace of mind! Our flavours are market leading, we know you’ll love them.
